Call 602-993-4727 to list your name to be priority wait listed and guaranteed a seat for five minutes after scheduled start time for any TTJ event. Leave a message if your call is not answered, it will be returned as soon as possible.

Priority wait list is based on when you call or sign in.

If you are not in your seat five (5) minutes after the scheduled start of the tournament your seat will be given to the next player on the waiting list. You must arrive on-time to claim your seat. Anyone not seated immediately are guaranteed a seat with a full starting stack if seats are not available, otherwise you will be blinded out. Wait listed players must declare their initial buyin amount at the break, same as all other players. To be guaranteed a seat, that amount will be collected at the break, same time as all other players, which guarantees the prize pool integrity. No refunds.

Reload decisions have one full orbit to be made. Any missed forced blinds are removed from the reload stack.

2 of 3 Monthly Qualifiers for Quarterly Championship! (a TTJ Trophy Event!)

February is the last month that the Top Ten PotM points leaders from the previous month will also earn 100 (10th place) to 1000 (1st place) bonus chips. Starting stack is 1000 chips, or 100 big blinds. Effective in March, all ToC events will be a base starting stack, same for everyone. No bonuses whatsoever. (Member voted this into effect at the January Monthly General Meeting, but since we were already into the January points accural period, we could not change for the February ToC. We will in March, with February PotMs knowing in advance that they will not be getting bonus chips for placement in March.

The monthly Tournament of Champions is the only way to qualify for the Quarterly Invitational. ToC players earn points using the same points system we use for the month, except tracked separately for ToC series events). The top 50% point leaders in the three monthly ToC events will be invited to the Quarterly event, which the cooperative adds 150 JacKa$h to the prize pool ($50 per month). 10% of the Benefits Fund collections over the preceding three months will also be paid to the winner of the Quarterly Invitational as cash.

NOTE: Since not every member is invited to ToC events(as it is a closed, invitation-only event), we don’t award an early bird bonus for any tournaments played later in the day. However, since the ToC is a +5 event, regular monthly points (including double points) will always accrue. If the ToC happens to fall on a double points day, players will only earn double points for the month, not the ToC. Full Moon Fever jackpot does not apply to ToC and Quarterly Championships. Bonuses for cash game play within the previous 24 hours can be used for the ToC or Quarterly Championships, or for a tournament later in the day (players choice), but not both.

 

 

On Sunday, February 26 at 3:00 pm, the Tilted Jack is honored to host the 1st Annual Arizona State MURDER Championship! 55+5 2x deep, No Rebuys, $20 Addon 2K anytime (must have chips). Re-Entry option if unanimous. This annual event is a TTJ Trophy Event!
